It would be advisable to treat your existing acne and getting it under control before any laser treatments. Once your acne is no longer bothersome you could benefit from laser treatments for the textural issues and even a filler to your tear troughs where you have darkness and hollowness. This will make you look less tired.

The "Gold Standard" for treating acne scarring is the fractional carbon dioxide laser. I use in in my clinic with exceptional results. It allows full control of treatment parameters, including level and depth of ablation and thermal control via pulse duration and mode of energy delivery.You could probably benefit from 3 treatments.

I tell my patients that there is not just one treatment or another when it comes to total rejuvenation. It is a combination of Botox, Juvederm, skin tightening (Venus Legacy), and fractional lasering (Venus Viva, Sublative, or C02). Each patient is different so it is up to me and my staff to guide them and put together on on-going treatment plan. Talk to experienced professionals that offer more than limited services or technologies.

You could benefit from a combination of laser and dermal fillers. The CO2 fractional laser will help resurface the fine lines and crepiness while thickening the skin. A dermal filler such as Juvederm "Volbella" or "Volift" will help add volume where you have lost collagen in the tear troughs/cheeks. Find an experienced Doctor who specializes in these procedures.
