It would be best to have a formal consultation to evaluate the amount of wrinkling and volume loss that you have before choosing which laser or therapy would work best.Most 70 year olds would benefit from fractional resurfacing either Restore or CO2 if  you can afford some minor down time. I always recommend any lesion is assessed by a board certified dermatologist before deciding it is a cosmetic lesion. It is possible that rarely underneath a seborrheic keratosis there could be another lesion in which case your dermatologist should decide if it needs a biopsy.Liquid nitrogen removes actinic and seborrheic keratoses well but if its a very thin or very thick lesion, the doctor may under treat in which case a second treatment may be  needed. From your photos it appears a bit too much filler was put in unless it is swelling right after the procedure. I would recommend your doctor takes a bit out with hyaluronidase and then you reassess in a week or so. All the very best.Other option is to do a skin tightening procedure like Skintyte by Sciton and sometimes a bit of filler will diminish after this procedure.

Fraxel Dual would most likely take those freckles away with one session but BBL or IPL would also take them away with less down time. I would recommend the Fraxel Dual if you want to rejuvenate the whole face and not just a small area.All the very best.

The work you have had done looks great so far.I would suggest filling in the chin hollows a bit more esp laterally. On the photo of your profile one can see areas of hollowing on the chin that should be corrected.In addition your neck could use some skin tightening  and/or neuromodulator injections.I think the 500 units of botox is probably an error and is more likely 50 units. All the very best.

This appears to be a small bruise from the injection. I suggest a little arnica gel and avoid rubbing this area. It should resolve quickly. In the future avoid all aspirin or other OTC blood thinners one week prior to any injection.

For those patients who cannot see a dermatologist, I suggest over the counter acne treatments with benzoyl peroxide. In addition, I suggest you see your primary care doctor if you cannot see a dermatologist, perhaps they could recommend a prescription therapy for you.I would also highly encourage a  healthy diet and to cut out all junk, sugar, dairy and possibly gluten for a few weeks to see if this made a difference. After three weeks of a laser treatment with CO2 you should not have raised shapes showing on the surface of the skin. This appears to be a form of possible scarring if it is indeed raised.I would immediately report this to the doctor who performed the procedure and find out which laser was used. If the doctor cannot make you feel comfortable about what is happening I would seek a second opinion. Your photo is quite dark, however based on what I can see and what you are saying in that you only have about one inch of punchable fat, I doubt that you are a candidate for this treatment.I would suggest a good trainer with targeted exercises as well as diet modification if you feel you want to reduce body fat.

Coolsculpting  has not been shown to reduce cellulite or to tighten the skin of the arms. It does reduce about 25% of the fat. By reducing fat, sometimes cellulite can be less. Most people do not complain of the skin being loose after a treatment due to the small amount of fat that is removed.Remember this is more of a sculpting procedure. I have not had a client yet who has been unhappy with the results. We always do a consult prior to the treatment and try to give realistic expectations....

Our patients have been extremely pleased with their results. They have made many updates to the system since this question was posted.  We are able to treat the abdomen, flanks, inner and outer thighs and now the chin area! We are excited about the new handpiece that is coming out because it will allow us to treat the same areas in half the time! If you are considering CoolSculpting, I'd make sure that the staff is trained by CSU it makes a difference! Good Luck!
