Hi, thanks for your question. Everyone is different and it really depends on how much fat you are looking to eliminate in your inner thigh area. With CoolSculpting we find the treatment is most effective for people who are at their goal weight and are looking to remove small amounts of stubborn fat. We see about a 20% reduction of fat per treatment. For some patients this is enough and for others subsequent treatments may be necessary to achieve the desired result. I highly recommend that...

Hi, thanks for your question. Everyone is different, but it takes anywhere from 1-4 months for your body to break down and naturally eliminate the fat cells targeted via CoolSculpting. Whether you get your 2nd treatment within 6 weeks of the first or later is less about effectiveness than about how aggressive you want to be about your treatment. Hi, thanks for your question. Typically you should be more or less at your goal weight before you go in for a CoolSculpting treatment, but in your case you could probably get CoolSculpting done alongside your dieting. CoolSculpting will eliminate approximately 20% of fat per treatment. For some this is enough and for some you may be looking at multiple treatments, depending on the results you are looking to achieve.
