IPL stands for intense pulsed light. For laser hair removal, the light targets the base of the hair follicle, preventing regrowth. Count on needed 6-8 treatments, but some people need more. For broken capillaries, the light seals off the capillaries and the blood and your body then clears it. This can be quite variable in number of sessions.

I recommend you look into other options, such as RF lipolysis with the Viora or cryolipolysis with CoolScultping. With so many other options available, I recommend a different approach.

Juvederm will not interfere with your thyroid medications. Being severely hypothyroid is not good for your skin so I recommend making sure your thyroid is under control.

The device is designed to freeze to a certain depth, so it does not matter that it is wider. It would not no good for the skin to make it longer. If you do not fit into the CoolSculpting device, consider the V-form RF by Viora which also kills the fat cells and your body’s lymph system clears the cells.

You may want to give yourself a boost with a chin coolsculpting as you begin your weight loss journey. That way when you look in the mirror, you will see progress and be encouraged. Coolsculpting kills the fat cells, it does not just shrink them AND, on the chin, has approval for skin tightening. After, the Viora RF is excellent for skin tightening.
