Thank you for your question. I would suggest global volumization from your picture. As we age, we lose volume which is key for a youthful appearance. Sculptra is a great product to treat the submalar region and blend the area from the cheek to the jawline. This will diminish some of the hollowing in the face.

Radiesse is a great filler for global rejuvenation of the face. Many areas can be treated such as the jawline, chin, cheeks, nasolabial folds, and neck. We also use Radiesse in the hands. For the areas of concern you have mentioned, the three syringes should be adequate. The great thing about Radiesse is that it provides immediate volume and correction while stimulating your body's own collagen at the same time. The collagen stimulation is unique to Radiesse amongst other fillers.

Thank you for your question. The dose of 10 units is less than the recommended for that area. Usually, we recommend 20 units at least for the glabella. You can wait until 2 weeks for full effect and then assess.

Thank you for your question. Per your photos, I would recommend Botox to help treat the masseter muscles providing a more slim jawline. The use of Kybella will only treat the fat along the jawline. I would recommend starting with 2 rounds of Botox to slim the jawline.

Thank you for your question. In person consultations are key to making sure you are a good candidate for treatment. The treatment area needs to be pinch-able and large enough to fit into the applicator to be effective. Small localized areas of adipose tissue are easily treated and often times produce phenomenal results. If you are not a candidate for CoolSculpting, Kybella is also a great nonsurgical approach to a small area of fat.

Thank you for your question. Uneven results should not usually happen as long as the applicators have some overlap. However, if this issue arises I would recommend another treatment to even out your abdomen. Most patients do require subsequent treatments in order to achieve optimal results. A laser, such as Velashape III, would also help smooth out the appearance of your abdomen and improve your results.

Thank you for your question. CoolSculpting will help treat the adipose tissue in the abdominal area as long as the tissue is not visceral fat. Visceral fat is the fat located around your organs. This fat is too deep and dense for CoolSculpting to effectively treat. You would benefit from multiple treatments of the CoolAdvantage Plus applicator as well as treating the flanks with the CoolCurve+.

Volbella is a very soft filler designed for lip hydration, subtle lip plumpness, and fine lines. It is possible that the results that disappeared after one month could have been related to swelling. Swelling from lip filler can take 2-4 weeks to resolve depending on the patient and the provider's technique. If you are trying to achieve a fuller lip I would suggest Restylane Kysse or Juvederm. These fillers will provide results lasting from 6 to 8 months depending on the patient's metabolism....

Adipose tissue in the submental region can be treated by overlapping the CoolMini applicator as well as with the use of Kybella. At home laser hair removal devices do not have sufficient power to actually damage the cells that need to be damaged in order to have hair removal.
