I would recommend you see a few Board Certified Plastic Surgeons in your area. There are many options available, but it is hard to detail these options from the single photo that you submitted.

You might be interested in a liquid rhino which can sometimes hide a large bridge, but will not help with the smiling droop. A full surgical rhinoplasty can fix both.

It's best to seek out an experienced surgeon who can review all of your options.

I'm 5'3 and 110 lbs. Would 485ccs give me breasts with more volume that aren't huge and distracting?

Based on the photos that you have provided, I would be very cautious about putting in 485cc implants.  Those would probably be too big.However, you really need an exam with measurements to choose an implant that fits your chest size.  Some surgeons will place large implants in a small width which will cause problems eventually.

I would recommend you seek out a BCPS who performs a Drainless Tummy Tuck/Mommy Makeover.  I have been doing the drainless technique now for about 4 years.  It takes a little longer in the OR, but patients are much happier and in less pain than with the drains.  Not all Plastic Surgeons perform the drainless because that is not how they were trained.  They also worry about fluid collection.  But in my several year experience I have only had 1 patient with a fluid collection.  We draine...

If your measurements are correct, that does seem to be too big to me. I try to stay close to the base width that I measure for the width of the implant.  Where is the extra 2.5cm going to go?  If the implant gets squeezed horizontally then it would extend vertically and that winds up looking oblong.

Congratulations on your weight loss!To make the decision you really need an in person consultation.  There are a lot of factors to consider to help decide whether or not you would be a candidate for a non invasive or minimally invasive procedure.I would recommend seeing a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who has a variety of non invasive, minimally invasive, and invasive techniques.  That way you can get an honest opinion on what may or may not work.

It really depends on your goals.  Would you be happy with just reducing the thickness of your fat, or do you want to be super tight and correct a separation of your muscles? From your photos, it looks like you would be a good candidate for lipo.  If you want to maximize the skin tightening, you may want to look into the BodyTite procedure.

It is difficult to tell without an in person exam what degree of ptosis you have.  I think you are at high risk for sagging breast tissue after augmentation.  650cc is very large and can have a tendency to put a lot of strain on your tissues.You might want to consider a minimally invasive lift to help things out.

It is difficult to say without an in person consult, but from your photos it would appear that you DO NOT need an FDL.  I reserve this option for Massive Wt Loss patients with a LOT of excess skin.  In fact, most of my MWL patients undergo a drainless TT and do quite well.  Seek out an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who has done several of both type operations to get an opinion on what the best option is for you.
