There is no problem with using a small amount of dermal filler to soften your folds. Just make sure to go slowly and not do more then one syringe to start with . Most likely that is all you will need for full correction.

First of all, you are a beautiful woman and do not need to look like anyone else. The mild volume loss you mention in your face can be corrected with small amounts of filler. You can also use dermal filler to correct your minimal nasal deformity as well.

The removal of any mass on the face will typically leave minimal scarring due to vast vascularity in the face. The skin on the face is very forgiving and heals very well. With that said, any mode of removal of the mass will leave you with a mark of some sort which will fade over time. In many cases, it is better to have a clean linear scar then a wide mark from a laser. Discuss with your doctor what may give you better aesthetic results.

I would be very careful with lasers if you have a history of keloid scars. Make sure you go to someone who has allot of experience with lasers. Consider doing very mild treatments multiple times vs. one aggressive treatment. Do a test treatment in an area which can be easily concealed if an issue arises.
