The first thing that your provider has to asses is if its really fat or skin laxity, because if its the second coolsculpting wont do much and could cause a burn on the area that does not have any fat.

Your body fat (from what i see on the picutres) can be between 9%-18% i wouldn’t recommend coolsculpting, i would recommend either mesotherapy combined with radiofrecuency or microneedle RF (like sofwave, morpheus) that will not only burn fat but also give your skin a little tightening

Coolsculpting is an FDA-cleared device for stubborn fat, but also its has a special protocol, becuase one of the main thing is that you can couse 1st to 2nd dregee burns, so i wouldn’t recommend looking for at-home devices.

Usually it can take longer to see results when you have a weak lymphatic system, but there are things that have to be taken in account to see “noticeable results”:1. Clinical data shows that there´s a reduction of fat between 15 to 23% 2. It has to be made on patients with normal and near to normal BMI’s 3. More than one session should be considereded once 3 months have passed4. Results are more noticeable on men than women due to hormone levels in women (estrogen)

I think that you had a superficial second degree burn, usually the only thing is to avaid sun exposure because of the risk of postinflamatory hiperpeygmentation. FDA cancelled the flat applicators, because not only the suction matters, but how you vacuum the tissue, thats why the are only round applicators available

That’s called a Paradoxical Adipose Hiperplasya, it’s not a common condition (0.5%), the only thing that can be done is surgery; kybella wont work, radiofrecuencia won’t work, because your fat cells became larger and thicker with the treatment. Talk to your provider to see if you have any insurence, usually if your procedure was done with the Coolsculpting device (allergan aesthetics) they have it
