Fillers are an excellent treatment to improve nasolabial folds. For deep folds it is common to use a combination of dermal fillers. Often I will use PDO lifting threads in combination with filler for enhanced result. Best of luck!

I only recommend Botox dilution per Allergan guidelines using sterile saline. If your results are only lasting 6-8 weeks you may need to consider having higher doses placed. Usually results lasting less than three months are from too small of a dose to the area in question.

Thank you for your question. This is a very common issue. For optimal results most patients require a combination of therapies. If there is some fat but not enough for Coolsculpting I prefer a combination of Kybella and Trusculpt. Jawline enhancement can then be performed with the newer longer lasting fillers. For the jawline I also like to add PDO threads for enhanced results. For mild skin laxity of the neck I like to use a combination of Ulthera and PDO threads. Best of luck!

Liposuction would give you the most immediate and biggest result but is associated with some risk and downtime. Many non invasive options are available. Coolsculpting is a nice option if you have enough "pinchable" fat that will fit into the applicator. From your pictures I would question whether the applicator would fit. Headache can occur after Botox injection but usually only for a few hours. If your eyes feel heavy it could be from too much Botox injected into the forehead muscle. That is the only muscle to lift the eyebrows and over-treatment can result in the brows dropping or the eyes to feel "heavy". Botox is injected into different depths depending on the location. In between the eye and above the medial brow Botox is injected into the muscle. It is common to have some "bubbling" after injection although less common in between the eyes. On average Botox will last 3 months but for some patients it may be less. Eyebrow asymmetry and ptosis are most common after treating the forehead muscle. This is the only muscle that lifts the brows so when treating for the first time it is always advisable to be conservative. More significant is eyelid ptosis which occurs when treating too low and near the midline of the brow. Treatment of glabellar lines should rarely result with brow ptosis when done by an experienced professional who is also well educated in facial anatomy.

I would use a longer lasting filler like Juvederm Voluma, Restylane Lyft, or Radiesse to the chin area. For the lips 1cc of Juvederm Ultra XC or Restylane Silk would provide a nice natural augmentation. Make sure you are treated by a professional experienced in lower face and lip augmentation.

This is an extremely rare adverse event and I personally have never seen it. Almost all Coolsculpting providers will perform an in person assessment for free.
