Thank you for your question and photos. It would be possible to have augmentation and not accentuate your issues. Since you are not wanting to have a large augmentation I would suggest a lower profile implant so that the width of the implant will fill out the width of your breast and give you some more volume laterally this will help keep the augmentation from making your nipples appear further laterally displaced.

Thank you for your question and photos. Yes I would say you have a somewhat tubular breast shape and asymmetry. These issues can be corrected if they are bothersome enough to you. This would require some reshaping of the breast with or without an implant. You would need a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine what are the best options to achieve your goals.

Thank you for the question and photo. It does not appear to me that you have a tuberous breast however you do have some droopiness and will need a lift to get an acceptable shape. Implants alone whether above or deep to the pectoralis muscle will not give you and shape you will be satisfied with. Putting the implant deep to the muscle is a good option with the lift. Thank you for your question. Yes it is absolutely possible to get Botox for Crow's feet only. Botox can and should be individualized to treat what a patient is wanting treated that can be treated with Botox. Often multiple areas are treated it is not necessary to treat more than one.

Whether you need an implant or not depends on whether you want more volume, if the answer is no them an lift would help with the loose skin but if you want more volume you will need an implant. I do not think a periareolar lift would be an appropriate operation. Thank you your question and photos. I think you would do well with an umbilical float abdominoplasty. With this operation your mucscle layer can be tightened, you can have a shorter transverse scar and no periumbilcal scar. I suspect you could have a excellent result with a tummy tuck without lipo of the flanks however I also suspect a minimal amount of lipo in the flanks could also be helpful with minimal increased risk. Discuss you concerns with you plastic surgeon and together you can develop a plan that is best for you.

Thank you for the question and photos. It appears to me that you have mostly subcutaneous fat that is accessible with liposuction and a tummy tuck. I think you would a get good contour improvement. Ideally you with get close to your weight loss goals prior to the procedure or at least within 15-20 pounds of your goal before the operation.

Thank you for your question and photos. Yes it appears you have significant necrosis and it is unlikely that your implants are going to be salvageable. You need close follow up and likely a return trip to the operating room fairly soon. Once the necrotic tissue is removed and you have healed then the implants can be replaced.

Will my open wound under my breast close?

Thank you for your question and photos. The left breast appears considerably larger and with worsening pain I would worry that you have a fluid collection or infection around the implant which is keeping the incision from healing. I would keep the incision covered with some antibiotic ointment but if there is an issue around the implant it is not going to matter whether it is covered or not. I would suggest you follow up with your surgeon again.

I am sorry for your complication. It appears that you have a fluid collection and likely a hematoma. This needs to be addressed soon. You need to follow up with your surgeon in person. If you surgeon will not see you, you need to find another surgeon to evaluate you and address the problem.

Thank you for your question. It should not affect your outcome to have walked or trotted 4 weeks after a BBL. I encourage my patients to begin walking some even on the day of surgery. A little trotting 4 weeks post op should not cause any problems but at 4 weeks post op you will still have some swelling so I would expect some continued changes but this should not be related to your brief trot. Contact your surgeon if you feel that you are having any problems.
