In general there should not be any contraindications with corticosteroids, decongestants, antihistamines and Botox. Nasal decongestants such as SUDAFED may even be beneficial to the individuals that normally bruise easily. Be sure to consult your expert dermatologist or board-certified physician, and disclose your medication before injections.
I had the Botox injections way back in March: eye problems.

Thank you for your question! I am sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with your left eye. Botox wears off in 3-4months, so it should not be permanent damage from a Botox treatment. I recommend consulting with an expert Ophthalmologist (for a full eye exam) and an Aesthetic Dermatologist after following up with your injector.

Melasma is often affected by hormones and from your medical history it is plausible for the spot to be melasma; however, I would recommend for you to check with an expert Dermatologist for a diagnosis. If it is melasma there are several topicals/prescriptions and possibly even certain types of lasers that can be used to treat and mitigate the discoloration.
