Hi there! Your age does not determine the amount of botox units needed to treat an area. A certified botox injector will assess the amount of movement of your forehead muscles and the wrinkling of your skin to determine the amount of botox you would need. Based on the photos, 20 units may be indicated. If you want to be treated more conservatively and feel under treated after 2 weeks, you can always follow-up then for a botox touch-up to achieve desirable results….

Thank you for your question! Generally ibuprofen and icing the area will resolve the swelling. However you may be having a reaction. You should contact the Dr that performed the injections.
