It works best in those patients with mild to moderate issues. I have personally performed over 8500 Thermage procedures. Our patients are happy with the results. Obviously good skin care comes into play. We use Iridesse in conjunction with our radiofrequency modalities.

I like the Morpheus much better for jaw contouring. With direction and change In settings, the Morpheus can bust some fat and tighten the jawline. Ultherapy does not have this capacity. Unintentional fat loss has been seen with Ultherapy . Intentional jowl reduction can be achieved with the Morpheus.

I believe you are always better in a medical environment. A plastic surgeon can give you appropriate options with realistic expectations. Evaluations should always include, not just the fat, but the skin tone and muscle if dealing with an abdomen. Remember the old adage that if you have a hammer the whole world is a nail. Other modalities can be added to CoolSculpt it used instead of CoolSculpt, depending on the needs. I hope this helps and all the best to you.

This muscle tends to pull down the corners of your mouth. So I see two areas that need to be addressed. The downward turn of the mouth would benefit from botox injection of you DAO. And bulk heating Radiofrequency would probably give you a better result than a microneedling. I hope this helps.

Hello. There are many different types of microneedling out in the market. You have not mentioned what your needs are. Fractora is very popular in my practice and the downtime is about two days. This varies depending upon patient and area. Fractora is excellent for lines and smoothing. We also have Voluderm which is a lesser type of tripollar microneedling. Downtime is hours and I would recommend one or the other based on needs and physical exam.

I think you have a laxity issue with a small amount of additional fat.

Hello and thank you for the good pictures. I think you have a laxity issue with a small amount of additional fat. With these two issues in mind, Kybella would not be your treatment of choice. MiniFX would be very nice for you. The bipolar radiofrequency would tighten your skin and the fat busting would help your small amount of fat. I hope this helps your decision making process.

Generally speaking , a younger patient has younger collagen. Younger collagen is more responsive to radio frequency than older collagen. That being said , I treat a wide range of ages. Being proactive and treating your collagen with RF at a younger age will give you longer results and probably better results. That is not to say that older patients cannot do well. My oldest patient undergoing Thermage was 92. And she did well. I generally will treat patients based upon their needs...
