Thank you for posting your question. There is no minimum weight requirement before a patient is accepted as a candidate for abdominoplasty. More important is the amount of skin overhanging the mons pubis and the space between the two rectus muscles (diastasis recti ).

The nice thing about autologous fat grafting for breast augmentation is that specific sites of the breasts can be targeted by simply passing the cannula into the quadrants where the fat is needed most. Just remember that it may take several sessions of fat grafting to reach your final desired volume.

In My experience i have injected 150 to 200 cc of fat to each breast. Because you are petite that would be a significant improvement in cup size. some patients require two or three sessions of fat grafting to achieve their desired result.

It is possible to perform the fat grafting at the same time as a mastopexy and nipple reduction. For some patients who want large volume augmentation more than one fat grafting session may be necessary to achieve the desired results. Thank you for your inquiry. I canthopexy is a procedure that helps support the lower eyelid in patients who are prone to getting what is known as ectropion or lid lag. The standard incision for the lower blepharoplasty eyelid tuck would be extended approximately a quarter of an inch in the horizontal direction at the outer corner of the eye lid commissure. That scar extension typically looks like crows feet.

Thank you for your inquiry. what stands out the most is the Halloween of the area just beneath your eyelids at the junction with the cheek. These are called tear troughs. You have a relatively longer facial contour. This would be improved by augmenting the cheeks with injections of your own body fat. This could also help the tear troughs. Augmenting the cheek volume may also improve the overallcontour of the face and minimize the downward slant of the corners of your mouth.
