EMSculpt has to protocols. One for treatment with fat loss and one without fat loss. Ttypically when treating the butt we used the protocol that spares fat. Each patient is different and we do use the protocol to lose fat when indicated. I would advise discussing this with your practitioner which will help choose the best way to proceed.

Is feeling sore after emsculpt to be expected?

Great question. Whether you experience soreness is patient dependent. Some patients will experience soreness and others may not. The treatment is optimized to minimize soreness as it helps the lactic acid built up in the muscle dissipate quickly. Gjve it about 4 weeks after the 4th treatment before looking for results. It is best to follow-up with your provider to compare before and after pictures as well as discuss future maintenance.

EMSCulpt is perfectly safe to do before breast augmentation. Areas other than the abdomen after surgery would be fine as well. EMSculpt in the abdominal area could tug on healing sutures etc., so it is best to wait until healed and your surgeon clears you.

Coolsculpting can be done as long as the fat fits in the applicator. It is generally best to treat patients with a BMI below 30. There are several fillers that can be used to lift cheeks.. Voluma, Resylane Lift, and Radiesse can all be used. In the rights hands you can achieve a very natural lift and look.
