It seems from the photos that you should have enough native breast volume to have nicely shaped, smaller breasts with implant removal and a lift. There is always a risk of circulation compromise with any lift, but for this procedure it would be small if minimal dissection is performed around the areola.

Although patient consultants can be very knowledgeable, you should discuss your concerns with a surgeon. Your photos do not suggest any reason why you wouldn’t need a lift that involves a lollipop scar. Maybe high profile implants, a dual plane technique, but not a lollipop.
For breast revision - Is crease repair a thing?

This is a classic “double bubble” due to the lowering of the inframammary fold. This happens when the implants are too large, or the crease is too tight. It is treatable by downsizing the implants and repairing and reinforcing the crease with sutures or mesh. Or it may respond to fat grafting if you don’t want to go smaller, however without reinforcing the fold there is a risk of the implant bottoming out further over time.

Judging by the photos alone you do not need a lift, but a consultation would be necessary to determine this. A dual plane augmentation with liposuction of the lateral chest should produce a very nice result.

To treat the capsular contracture, a complete capsule removal has to be performed and implants replaced. Considering the number of surgeries you had, and the size of your implants there may be a lot of stress on your tissues and more operations can be risky. For my patient I would recommend removing the implants and capsules, downsizing, and using a mesh to provide implant support with an “internal bra”.
