Give it at least 2 weeks. It could be lopsided because of trauma from the needle causing a small bleed underneath the skin and will correct itself when the blood is absorbed. Your doctor can always give you an injection to make it (the filler) go away and make the correction.H C Gasiorowski MD

It depends upon the nature of the scarring. If you have deep pitted scars, these can be softened with first the Fraxel Restore laser. After 3-5 treatments and a wait of approximately 6 months you can then permanently fill the scars that are left with 3-8 sessions of various fillers.If your scarring is soft, you can go directly to the fillers, your dermatologist can advise you which is best for you.H C Gasiorowski MD

I am surprised that you do not complain of more pain. My first impression is that this is a vascular occlusion and an injection of hyaluronidase should immediately be injected; however, it is probably too late by now and proper wound care would be very important right now. H C Gasiorowski MD

Lumps from the injection of Radiesse can be common if the dilution of the substance is not correct.or if placed too superficially in the skin. A cortisone injection or a combination of cortisone and 5 flurouracil can be very helpful in the dissolution of the lump. Physical pressure with a sharp needle tip can also help to break up the nodule. Eventually, it can take over a year, the nodule will disappear.H C Gasiorowski MD

This is a common problem, especially in patients who have a prominent forehead crease. This indicates that they use their forehead muscles strongly to keep their forehead up. Knock them out with botox and you will suffer a brow droop. Technique here is extremely important. Treating in two sessions, about two weeks apart would be very helpful.Henry C gasiorowski MD

In all likelihood, this probably is the result of Sculptra but after one year one must make sure that this is not a rapidly expanding tumor of some sort and you should consult the doctor that did the injection for possible further consultation.Once established that this is a result of Sculptra, one can inject an anesthetic and then go in and break up the nodule in various ways that you can discuss with your doctor.
