Plain answer no! Both procedures will be too much stress for your body and will take too long, so there is a risk of developing complications. And on top there is no point of doing the lipo and BBL before loosing weight, you wont get the expected result, you will loose fat overall after the bariatric procedure so there is no guarantee that you wont loose the fat transferred for the BBL.
