Thank you for your question. Sorry to hear you are unhappy with your result. At 6 months after breast augmentation, a lot of the healing has occurred, however, the implants should drop a little more after that. Thanks for your question. Three days after surgery is still quite early. At this point, there is still a considerable amount of normal post-operative swelling and occasional bruising. Exactly how soft and low the breasts end up are dependent on the surgical technique used. The final appearance of the breasts after surgery may take 3-6 months to be evident. It is a little too early to be worrying on the final appearance of you breasts. Good Luck.
