Hi Doreen,
the good news is that after 6 weeks you can go back to full exercise.
I advise my patients to avoid completely any exercise for the first 3 weeks, then slowly get back to light duties/exercise for another 3 weeks. But after 6 weeks (and if the procedure is done well by an expert surgeon) you will be able to do any type of exercise and to go back to the gym.
By then your skin should be tight and firm enough, and shouldn’t swell up too much.

If the Vaser machine is properly used and the surgeon is skilled there will be no issues in obtaining high quality fat which will survive once transferred into your buttocks.
