Thanks for the inquiry.  As you have read, coolsculpting is priced per applicator, and it is a minimum of two panels, one on each side, as a starter but understand that each application reduces volume by 20%, so when asking about treatment to completion be sure you get an idea of the cost for additional applications.  Much success to you.
