Acne scars in women of color with rich pigmented skin will respond to Microneedling with RF.
However, it depends upon the length of time you have had these scars.
Looks like they are quite mature and more than 10 years.
This makes them difficult to treat.
Other options are TCA peel for ice pick scars.
Subscision and saline or dermal filler in for rolled scars and fractional resurfacing with MN and RF for boxed scars.
You will require several treatments and several sessions.

This issue of toxins not working at all or not lasting long enough has been the subject of debate and discussion since everyone got vaccinated.
We find this problem with all neuromodulators: botox, Xeomin, and Dysport. It probably has to do with the immune system post-vaccination. However, no studies are there to support this. It’s only an observation amongst Cosmetic Physicians.

Hello and thank you for your question. Looking at your pictures, it appears that you are an excellent candidate for therapy as you were young and have mild laxity. However please know that a therapy is not going to lift your cheeks . It will tighten your skin and improve skin tone, texture and quality.
Is there a limit to how many CoolSculpting sessions you can do? Go down to having 6 pack abs?

Hello and thank you for your question. Unfortunately, cool sculpting does not and will not give you a six-pack abdomen. For that, you will need to focus on strength training and exercise. Cool sculpting is reserved for people who have stubborn areas of fat they do not respond to diet or exercise and is not a replacement for weight loss and good eating habits.

While tear trough hollows can be treated with fillers, Malar festoons cannot.In fact treating festoons with fillers can actually make them worse. Hi there,
Typically Juvederm based fillers should have dissolved by now.
You may want to check your pictures taken at baseline 2 years ago and compare them to those now.
Comparing your face by taking selfies is not the right way to see if the filler is still present.
you need standardized before and after pictures preferable taken at the doctor’s office where the filler is done.
If it’s still present, you can ask the doctor to use hyaluronidase, an enzyme used to dissolve the fillers.

Hi ,
Your best option would be fractional ablative resurfacing.
You will need several sessions 4-6 weeks apart to reduce the appearance of the scar.
The other option would be Microneedling with radiofrequency but it is less effective.
