Under eye volume loss is best treated by Belotero, Restylane, and in 2018, Redensity II by Teosyl will become available in the US. Juvederm products are more likely to create a tindall effect or cause intermittent swelling of the lower eyelids. Surface issues like hyperpigmentation or fine lines, are better treated by lasers or PRP. Sometimes a combination of these is the best approach.
