Fat injection can make buttocks dimples worse.  The fibrous tissue that tethers the skin doesn’t stretch as much as the areas around it.   Cellfina is a very good treatment for those types of dimples.

Cellfina is the best treatment I know of for this type of cellulite.  It is  a quick treatment and is usually done with just local anesthesia.  Results are seen right away.  It is a one time treatment that lasts.

The Ideal implant feels almost as good as silicone without the worry of silicone.  I have used them for over a year with good results. the patients that have chosen Ideal have been very happy with their choice and peace of mind.  I haven't seen any deflations yet.

It takes a while for the transferred fat in a BBL to thrive.  Initially there is swelling.  After it goes down, it takes a while before the fat cells plump up.  That's what we refer to as fluffing.

Abdominoplasty is the answer that first comes to mind. But if surgery isn't an option, Sculpsure laser fat reduction and some modality for skin tightening seem to be the best fit. Thermage is non-invasive. Cellulaze is more effective but is invasive. Maybe 10-15% improvement.  Abdominoplasty is like 90% correction but recovery is probably as bad or worse than c-section. The manufacturer recommends massage after coolsculpting.  Some doctors have tried to combine other treatments they have with coolsculpting, such as vibration and shock wave therapy.  There is good information to prove it helps the coolsculpting result and it certainly isn't necessary.

I recommend right breast reduction and left breast lift to give similar size and shape.  After recovery, you could have bilateral breast augmentation if you wish a size increase.  You may be able to do all together.  An experienced plastic surgeon can help you determine.

Ideal implant is the new saline implant.  I've been using it since it came out about a year ago.  It has the advantages of a saline implant but feels better than the original saline.

What is recommended depends on what you're trying to achieve.  If you want firmer, tighter breasts that are higher and closer together, I would convert you to a sub-muscular implant and do a verticle lift. That lift pattern can reduce the areolar as much as desired.  Trying to Lift the whole breast (and an implant too) with just the donut lift, results in an enlarged, distorted areola, often with a bad scar because of the tension on the closure. and the implants settle too much anyway  If...

It sounds like you got Botox injections like we use to treat wrinkles.  The first ones you got sound more like the ones to treat a gummy smile.  Did you like the effects of the first treatment?  If so, you can communicate that to future doctors you may see to help get the results you want.

That is too much to do under local anesthesia. If you're in pain, the doctor can do what he or she needs to to give the best result. You should split it up into manageable segments or have general anesthesia. If your doctor dcan not offer general anresthesia, there might be a problem

SculpSure is non-invasive body sculpting.  It competes primarily with Cool Sculpting.  SculpSure uses heat generated by laser to kill fat cells.  Cool sculpting uses cold to do the same thing. Cool sculpting has been around longer.Sculptra is a filler.  It is used to treat lines and wrinkles.

It is a standard practice to require removal of jewelry and piercings before surgery.  This is done for patient safety.  It is possible for piercings to get caught and tear and for metal objects to cause burns if cautery is being used. Most plastic surgeons will have no trouble removing and replacing piercings. If cautery isn't going to be used and the piercings aren't in the operative field, they can be taped over to protect them.
