Dr. Schwartz's post is right on. I cannot imagine a cause for laser hair removal underneath the eye, and further, the hyaluronic acid filler does not contain any pigment that is the target of the laser for the hair removal. That is why blond or gray hairs cannot be treated with laser hair removal because there is not pigment for the laser to target. Safe, not a problem. Especially because they are in different locations.

Venous lakes are classically treated with surgery, but they are very well treated with one or two treatments using an 810nm hair removal device. A physician with some advanced knowledge may use these long-pulsed 810nm devices (i.e. Lightsheer), thus surgery, anesthesia, and time is not needed. I usually am able to treat it without any brusing with one treatment that does not require anesthesia or result in any downtime. Not sure of anyone in the UK who may be able to offer...

When the Botox wears off, the wrinkle that was treated will likely return to its original state. In some instances, where patients may have been treating with Botox for a great deal of time, years, the wrinkle may take a great deal of time to return to its original appearance, but it should always be the original appearance and not a bigger wrinkle.

It is difficult to tell and I am not a GI surgeon, but sometimes the dermal sutures that placed underneath the skin are 'rejected' by the skin in some patients. The skin will sometimes try to 'spit' it out and this may result in some scabbing and redness. My recommendation would be to see the original surgeon and if this is the case, they can easily try to remove it.

Radiesse and Scultpra stimulate the production of collagen, however, sculptra's main mechanism of action is the stimulation of collagen production. The poly-L-lactic acid that is the active particle in sculptra stimulated the production of collagen in the areas it is used. Radiesse on the other hand is a filler all by itself, but it also has some degree of collagen stimulation, but that is not its main mechanism of action.

Think skin is not a problem at all with Botox. Botox will weaken the muscle so that it will not be able to contract anymore in order to relax the lines in yor glabella. Even though you may not furrow your brows very often, you probably have a resting state contraction of the muscle that contributes to some degree of line production. Botox will certianly make you happy to see these lines improve.

While the applicator will vacuum the area to be treated, cool it down, and then start a cascade of fat removing mechanisms by the body. Those mechanisms are only affecting the site being treated, however, there is some slight feathering out of effects from the applicator.

There is increasing data the some of th compounds found in wine can improve the skin's ability to withstand sun damage. So while excessive drinking usually goes along with other activities that can lead to wrinkling and aging (smoking, sun exposure, etc), there should be nothing to worry about with moderate alcohol intake with regards to skin agong, particularly wine.

Botox effect last about 3 months. However, with repeated Botox injections every three months, the muscles can weaken to the point that the when the Botox wears off it will take time for them to work as well as they did before one ever had Botox, thus one could stretch out their treatments to every 4 to 4.5 months. However, the actual Botox only lasts for 3 months.

Your age is a good thing. Getting a head start is always prudent.

To be honest, the best things you can do for your complaints are:

1.) Sunscreen, sunscreen, and sunscreen

2.) Perhaps a retin-a product for fine lines and also so that you move forward through time more slowly.

3.) If not retin-a then a cosmeceutical product such as Neocutis Lumiere or their BIOSerum or something of the sort.

It depends on what the white spots are caused by. There are many dermatologic conditions that cause white spots.

Tinea versicolor is a yeast infection that needs to be treated with topical medications.

Vitiligo are white spots caused by your immune system and can be worsened with Fraxel.

Hypopigmented seborrheic keratoses can be pink or white and will not be improved with Fraxel.

Idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis likely would not be helped by Fraxel.

Sculptra treatments can cause a lot of swelling and bruising and thus are to be expected regardless of the reason one is receiving the treatments. Ibuprofen and ice packs can often help with the swelling. The swelling should not last more than 5-10days.

You asked a lot of questions so I will try to simplify them.

Fraxel damages the skin in a very controlled manner so that the wound repair mechanisms are turned on and then remodel the entirety of the skin.

It may turn back the clock a little, but your skin will then move forward through time normally.

It may have a better, more youthful look, but as long as you had a safe, successful procedure, you should not have any negative long-term appearance problems with your skin...
