Rhinoplasty procedure can be performed as an outpatient surgery. Rhinoplasty
surgery generally requires one week of downtime for the patient, during which
time a nasal splint is worn externally. Generally there will be bruising for
about 7 to 10 days and swelling for a number of weeks. You can resume sedentary
activities at one week, and light exercise at 2 weeks.

The first thing I would ask is, have you spoken to your surgeon? Even if you're that far away I'm sure they would want to have contact with you. What arrangements did they make with you for any post-op care? It sound like you went through quite an ordeal to have required 7units of blood.

If you truly have a seroma it needs to be drained. Perhaps your primary care doctor can assist you in finding care closer to home. A direct referral can sometimes help....

It sounds like your problem could be addressed by some form of liposuction with a possible surgical scar revision.
Once you have a scar made by an incision, it can never be made to disappear. It can be made to be appear less prominent by evening out the disparity in the fat levels of the upper and lower areas. It is too soon to tell just how much pigment will left in place. Never pick scabs off, you could end up with scarring, or loss of some of the pigment. This could leave you with much more patchy results. Gently cleanse the areas, and remove only what is loose and about to fall off. Then, lightly moisturize the area.
