This is a common presenting problem for Coosculpting patients. That area may be adequately treated with CS. Depending on your age and elasticity of skin there may need to be some tightening of the area. CS does not really tighten skin. Other options are Radiofrequency skin tightening after the procedure. Lastly, plastic surgery would treat all of this at once, if you have considered surgery. Please call a certified Coolsculpting center and get a free consult. Good Luck.

This is a common complaint post partum. Moms want to get rid of the pouch. As a certified Coolsdulpting specialist I'd tell you that Coolsculpting alone is not enough. Severe late onset pain is rare in not uncommon in our practice. We have had good success with NSAIDS (Motrin) and nerve pain medications such as Gabapentin (Neurontin). Narcotics are not recommended. Please call your provider and suggest this. Good luck with your treatment. You'll be ok!

I have never seen this happen. Your lips will return to their normal state, if not better due to a collagen response. However, you may be unhappy since if you loved your lips as plump as they were with the filler!

Hello! It looks like there could be a couple of things happening even though you are still in the swelling phase- Your swelling could possibly be just naturally uneven or dependent upon how you sleep.. Your injector could have used more filler in the left side of your top lip to even out asymmetry. This would cause more swelling since there is more product there.. There should be nothing applied to your face after microneedling with out without PRP. The only product that may be used is pure HA. The open channels in your face are now congested with the sunscreen so you may not have the desired results you were expecting. My suggestion is to ask for a retreat or refund.

Not to worry! It could either be a little bit of swelling or misplaced filler. Wait 2-3 weeks to see how it settles and if its still present, follow up with your injector.
Had laser removal a week ago, worried I may have accidentally knocked off a scab. Is this infected?

It's a little difficult to tell from your pictures whether or not there is an infection. However, simply knocking off a scab should not lead to an infection unless you did not keep the area clean. I would suggest going back to the practitioner to have the area evaluated for infection. Otherwise, it would be wise to see your doctor who can culture the wound and prescribe the appropriate antibiotics if it is a true infection.

It sounds to me that you have formed a granuloma or some scar tissue. Hylenex or Vitrase should be able to dissolve the filler after four attempts. I recommend trying something that will break up the tissue in that spot. You can try microneedling or frequent manual massages but you should really see the injector for a more aggressive approach. This usually includes steroid injections or surgery.

Botox is mixed with saline since it a powder.. Your practitioner will choose how much saline they refer to dilute the product with. Often clients think it can be "watered down" but if this were the case, a larger amount of the mixture would be needed to deliver the amount of units you need.
