What is the best tear trough filler?

I prefer to use either Restylane L, Restylane Lyft or a combination of both for the tear trough.  They last about a year, hold their form and don’t give as much of a risk of the bluish discoloration that other fillers can give. 
Is 20 too young to start cosmetic procedures? i.e. Botox, Dermal Fillers, Kybella, Laser.

In my experience, such indentations that occur when you smile or move require a deeper injection with a more robust filler like Voluma or Lyft in order to make any appreciable difference. The problem isn’t superficial and doesn’t improve much with a superficial filler.

I’m sorry that you are having tattoo remorse so soon after getting your tattoo. Fortunately, it is possible to remove your tattoo with laser treatments. The latest tattoo laser technology involves picosecond removal. The laser energy breaks the pigment into smaller pieces until it is not visible. Treatments only take 5-20 minutes depending upon the tattoo and are spaced every six to eight weeks. It requires six to eight treatments to remove the tattoo completely. 
Sculptra or Voluma? Which would be best for overall volume?

Great question. Here are some things to consider. Are you looking for gradual or immediate improvement? Voluma would be immediate and achieved with one treatment. Sculptra will take three treatments spaced six weeks apart with results apparent 6-8 weeks after the last one. Voluma will last 12-18 months. Sculptra lasts two years. Voluma is only indicated in the cheeks and would require other Juvederm fillers for full face treatment. Sculptra can be used in the full face.

I agree that SkinPen microneedling is a better option for you at this point. Botox is better for deeper lines that appear with motion. Microneedling will improve the texture of your skin, which is really the problem in this case. Good luck.
