Thank you for your question. Best on the photos you provided I think you would benefit from a lift with implants as well as a tummy tuck. I think you would be happier long term with getting a breast lift. These procedures can be done together or you can split them up. 
I’m 5’3 and weigh 135. Is 800cc Possible? Could I have my dream boobs?
