There are a variety of lip fillers available today, some are softer than others. Discuss with your provider the difference between Restylane Refyne, Restylane and Juvederm. It is usually beneficial to place just a small amout in the larger lip so it has a similar "freshened up" appearance to the upper lip, which in your case, would require more.
Is Ultherapy cleared for full neck or submental area on the neck?

Ultherapy is cleared for lower face, submental region and neck. It is used to tighten skin laxity around the jowl area and can improve the appearance of the whole neck as well. Not everybody is a perfect candidate for Ultherapy so be sure to get a consultation before you move forward.
