Thank you for your question. You have two options. One is to suction the larger Buttock to make it match the smaller one. Two, fat graft the smaller buttock to match the larger one. Thank you for your question. I typically combine these two procedures with a gyn surgeon. I usually start the procedure by elevating the abdominal skin. This allows exposure of the abdominal fascia for the gyn. Most gyn surgeons remove the uterus laparoscopically but a few have made a lower midline incision. Typically swelling will take 3-6 months or more depending on the amount of fat suctioned out. Based on your explanation, I am guessing the breast diameter and the implant diameter are different. The double level of the breast can be corrected by performing a dual plane procedure with or without radial scoring of the breast tissue if the breast diameter is smaller. This will allow the breast tissue to stretch to fit the implant. I would recommend a second opinion…
