Looking at your pictures, the arms are a little too thick for an arm tuck without an unacceptably high complication rate. the arm tuck only works when the skin is literally swinging. Now you could do lipo, and the arms would be smaller. The presence of stretch marks however means that the skin does not have great ability to shrink either.
