Very good question! When I treat a thin skin patient my technique is different then when treating thick skin. Profound is safe for thin faces and very effective and at adding youthful volume to the face. Thin skin patient's usually notice volume loss early and thick skin notices more laxity. I have been equally impressed with results on all skin types. I have not seen volume or fat loss with profound but actually volume improvement.

Co2 and Profound are both very effective procedures. When I perform both procedures the transformation is more complete because with the co2 I can treat the eye area for full transformation.
