Hi! I think they Hydrafacial finishing with the LED lights would be great for you! As long as you don't have really inflamed rosacea with aggravated wounds and lesions at the surface, you should be ok! Just make sure you inform the technician about your rosacea so they know to turn down the suction. They say it can create broken capillaries which are very easy to get rid of with laser.

Hi! Now, I can't promise you won't get a little bit of peeling but for the most part it should be pretty mild/minimal. I have had a small pimple or 2 come out with the treatment but typically they are gone within a day or 2. Any redness from the treatment should be gone within an hour or so after the treatment as usually it is just from the suction.

I think this is a great treatment a day or 2 before an event or going out of town!

Hi! Yes you can definitely do same day treatment, just make sure the HydraFacial is done first. If you do Botox first, you will want to wait at least 1-2 weeks for the Botox to settle and not be able to move around or get displaced from the HydraFacial treatment.

Can the CoolSculpting machine overheat and cause false thermal events?

Hi! I have been doing CoolSculpting for a little over 2 years now, and the one thing I know is that the machine is very specific when there is a fault. My understanding as I have had them as well, a thermal event has to do with your personal tissue in the area not cooling at the same rate- meaning one part Is either getting too cold too fast or ice versa. I have been instructed to try again in 24 hours. I had this happen to a woman's lower right abdomen 2 separate treatment rounhds a couple...

Hi! At our office, we always bring people in after 8-12 weeks and take pictures and compare. I am thinking 2 things here, a lot of times I hear people say they saw no difference until we take pics, but also often times people needs 2+ treatments to really get their desired results. It also CAN take up to 4 months to see full results as well. Hopefully the clinic will help you!

Hi! Everything you have explained is to be expected after CoolSCulpting, which I am surprised they didn't tell you during your consultation. If the tissue continues to harden versus reduce, I would contact the provider after a couple more weeks to make sure it is not an adverse side effect.

All bodies are different and it's hard to say whether your personal skin will tighten or more so how much. If you pre treatment have a lot of laxity, it probably won't tighten a whole lot but we just don't know. As of now, CoolSculpting is not approved for skin laxity anywhere but recently in the chin.

Your treatment area will depend on what applicator being use (older/new, bigger/smaller) as they are different sizes and both old and new suction differently and the older applicators it could be a matter of how pullable is your tissue away from your body. You may get a more accurate answer going in for a consultation.

Hi, I would recommend waiting as I wouldn't treat of healing skin. I just don't Imagine It would feel good and would suggest waiting a week or 2 post tattoo fully being healed.

Hi there! 24 is pretty young to have such wrinkles. I would make sure for 1 you are using a good medical grade skin care line and making sure you are cleansing and moisturizing daily along with using and SPF 50 every morning. For treatments, I would suggest Botox, and/or Microneedling which will create new collagen and elastin allowing those wrinkles to be filled up naturally.

I always advise my patients not to get over the counter skin care products as they aren't as effective as a medical grade skin care line would be. We currently carry Epionce in our office here, which is gentle but effective. I would suggest seeing a skin care professional near you and have them give you a suggestion.

Yes it is safe to use eye creams, however it looks like in the picture provided that you are really squeezing your eyes shut. Wrinkles will happen to anyone, even a child if they squeeze their eyes tight. You want to keep that skin properly moisturized and plumped with such creams, and you more so just don't want those lines to still be there when you are not making that facial expression.

Pelleve or microneedling to improve under eye appearance?

I personally love the combination of both treatments done together. Our Master Esthetician has done a couple ladies with both Pelleve and Microneedling and I think it gives a great result. The Microneedling helps to produce more collagen which you are lacking, and the Pelleve then follows and tightens your current and new collagen from the MicroNeedling treatment. I would do 3-4 of each!

I agree with your diet change, however I don't think you have prematurely aged at all. I would see an Esthetician or Master Esthetician to see what treatments and skin care they can offer you. I think a proper skin care line and maybe some exfoliating treatments like a HydraFacial would be great.

By looking at your pictures, I think I would go after reducing the acne break outs first. I would start you on a skin care regimen possibly with some tretinoin for the acne, oil, and skin shedding but also a lightening agent with it to help reduce the hyperpigmentation. I would follow up with a series of either chemical peels (take a break from tretinoin before and after) or you could just a laser treatment such as IPL.
