Dr. Bachilo was born in Minsk, Belarus, and moved to the United States when her father, an accomplished chemist, began work at the Texas Medical Center. This inspired Dr. Bachilo to pursue a bachelor’s degree in bioengineering and biochemistry from Rice University. She then received her medical degree from Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine, where she discovered her love for her craft. “While doing my rotations, nothing attracted me more than plastic surgery,” she recalls. “I loved that feeling of instant gratification and the immediate transformation patients would see, even before the final results post-healing.”

She completed a six-year plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, rotating through multiple highly respected hospitals and private cosmetic surgery practices across Texas before opening her own practice and medspa in 2017. She is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

In her spare time, Dr. Bachilo uses her surgical skills to give back to the community and has traveled internationally on mission trips to perform cleft lip and palate surgeries on children in need. At home in Houston, she spends time with her husband, young daughter, and dog (a Shiba Inu named Kito!), and she enjoys cooking and crafting.

And of course, It's always advisable that you consult and discuss this with your prescribing doctor as well as with your surgeon.

I perform a drainless tummy tuck on almost all of my patients. It’s a newer technique utilizing quilting sutures, and not all surgeons unfortunately are up to date on it. Hi. TRT causes elevated hematocrit, or increases the amount of red blood cells in the blood. Although as a result we usually end up with less plasma in the sample, it is not a contraindication to having a PRP injection. Hello. Your wish pictures do appear to have slightly more narrow hips than yours. Also please note that they are posed with arching of the back, which accentuate buttock projection. I still think liposuction of flanks, a little hips, abdomen and inner thigh with fat transfer to posterior buttock will get you closer to your desired shape. Lipo and fat transfer do not fix cellulite. For that we offer nonsurgical cellulite and skin tightening treatments.

Thank you for your photos and question. During breast implant removal most of the capsule is usually removed in order to allow complete healing and prevent fluid collection after surgery (seroma). In the setting of capsular contracture, capsule should be removed to avoid potential continued capsule thickening and further scarring. Usually only the capsule is removed without taking any breast tissue, but there can be a small volume decrease. Hope this helps to answer your question.

Thank you for your question and photos. It appears that your breasts have deflated and dropped after your weight loss. By lifting your breasts up again and possibly using an implant, you can probably get a nice shape that will camouflage your sternal flaring.
