How to lose weight?
15 year old help with weight
Aug 9, 2019
It would be best to see a medical provider who can help you evaluate a treatment approach for weight loss. Your medical history, dietary intake, lifestyle and lab evaluation who be used to determine what approach is best for you to get the weight off in a healthy way. Monitoring your calorie intake and carbohydrate intake is usually a good first place to start, but it would not be advised to consider medication options unless evaluated by a medical provider in…
How do I lose weight?
weight loss help
Aug 9, 2019
It would be advised to see a medical weight specialist who can evaluate your medical history and dietary intake. You may benefit from a carbohydrate restricted plan and not necessarily come down that much more in calories. A moderate amount of protein and fat would be needed and low carb vegetables can be used to snack on throughout the day, so you don’t feel so restricted. See a medical weight loss specialist who can help build you a plan that works for…

weight loss for 16 year old

It would be best to see a medical weight loss specialist who can evaluate your medical history and lab evaluation, to best determine a treatment approach that will work with you. There are many factors that would need to be addressed, including calorie restriction, carbohydrate restriction, lifestyle modifications with activity, etc. However it needs to be done in a safe and supervised approach, in order to give you the best chances at feeling good and coming down in weight…

Reduced calories and still not losing weight
Mar 21, 2019
My recommendation would be to see a medical weight management specialist. They can evaluate your medical history and run labs to examine if you have hormonal contributing factors. Also, it is important to recognize that sometimes calorie restriction alone is not enough. It is important to realize where those calories are coming from makes a difference. Changing your body’s physiology to using fat as it’s main energy source, commonly referred to as a…
I am fit but have some excess belly fat, is CoolSculpting the right solution for me?
CoolSculpting or abdominoplasty
Mar 8, 2019
CoolSculpting is a safe and noninvasive way to reduce about 20-25% of subcutaneous fat. It is a great way to have some reduction of stubborn areas in the abdomen or flanks. It does not treat stretch marks or skin laxity, however. I hope that helps!
I would like to lose 25 pounds. I’ve already lost 25. I just can’t seem to get the last off.

It would be best to see a medical weight specialist, who can evaluate your medical history as well as your muscle mass and basal metabolic weight, in order to help formate a plan that can help you reach your goal. Typically this involves lifestyle adjustments including carbohydrate restriction and correct portioning of protein and fat to keep you satiated and having the energy you need. I hope that helps!

Weight loss tips

It would be best to see a medical weight specialist who can suggest a comprehensive plan that will benefit you and help you lose weight in a healthy way. Laboratory work can help your provider determine if you have hormone contributions to your weight issues, and if there are other issues in your medical history that may be a factor. A comprehensive approach including medical management, lifestyle adjustments that may include calorie restriction, and some physical…

The symptoms you listed can sometimes be normal occurring side effects for some patients. Regardless, they can also be concerning and need further evaluation. I always recommend you follow up with the prescribing clinician to assure there is nothing more serious going on.
Does CoolSculpting fat freezer work for lower stomach and flanks?
CoolSculpting abdomen and flanks
Mar 1, 2019
CoolSculpting is a great option for stubborn subcutaneous fat in the abdomen and flank region. It is a safe and noninvasive option for subcutaneous fat reduction. There is about a 25% reduction with one treatment. It is necessary to have an in-person evaluation to know if you are a good candidate or not, and to be able to have an idea if you may need only one or multiple sessions. I hope that helps!
1.5 years after getting silicone breast implants and 3 months after CoolSculpting. I developed a rash.
Rash after CoolSculpting
Mar 1, 2019
It is best to see a dermatologist who can evaluate your rash in person. You would not develop a rash from CoolSculpting 3 months after the procedure and in other areas that were not treated with the CoolSculpting applicator. I hope that helps!

5’6″, female, and how to lose weight
Mar 1, 2019
Weight loss is the result of overall lifestyle modification. This includes the types of foods consumed, appropriate portions, incorporating movement into each day, and making necessary adjustments along the way. There are several different program approaches to accomplish these things. I recommend you contact a weight specialist in your area to find the right fit for you.

It would be best to be evaluated by a medical weight specialist, who can review your medical history along with a full lab panel that can help them formulate a plan to reach your goals. Although exercise is great for physical and mental health, it has been shown that weight loss is more effective with calorie and carbohydrate restriction. There are many possible options for you – being evaluated by a specialist who can tailor your plan according to your needs, as well as see…
Is possible fat cells after CoolSculpting are not properly eliminated and remain as a bulge?
Worse after CoolSculpting
Mar 1, 2019
You would need to wait a full 3 months after your CoolSculpting session to see full results. If in fact you waited 3 months after your session, and are feeling that the fat in the area seems worse (without having had any increase in your overall weight), then it is possible you could have Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia. PAH is very rare, and occurs 1 in 20,000 cases. It would be advised to see the provider who did your treatment and evaluate photos that…

Abdomen treatment
Mar 1, 2019
CoolSculpting is a great noninvasive way to address subcutaneous fat in areas that can be stubborn to diet and exercise. You would have to wait until after the 3 months from the initial treatment to see full results and to determine if a second session is needed. Based on your size and your pictures, you are likely a great candidate for it, but an in person evaluation is always needed. Hope that helps!
What is a quick weight loss for women in their late 40s?
Weight Loss for 40yo
Mar 1, 2019
Healthy weight loss is a slow journey for most. Hormones do become more of a factor later in life, so it’s a great idea to get started now. Learning the right tools to help you modify your intake, increase movement, and create a healthier lifestyle overall, will lead to the weight loss you are looking for. I recommend setting up a consultation with a weight specialist in your area.
