The most successful treatment for papular acne scars on the nose is electrical cautery in the centre of the lesions using insulate needle, and very low frequency.
One or two treatment 2 weeks apart are needed. Usually, there is no downtime or superficial scars.
Similar lesions on the chin clear up easily using Fraxel laser using insulate needles, like Intracell.

After 12 seesions of laser hair removal, you should not need any more laser treatment. The avrage of sessions is around 8 sessions, So there is somthing wrong here. Please consult your Doctor do exclude any hormonal inbalance,Ovarian cyts, or similar conditions.
