Yes, absolutely. reducing the size and narrowing the width would help. i would also suggest a reduction of the alar flares which admittedly will leave a scar on the side but those scars are quite acceptable.the nose will have to be infractured ( broken ) to narrow the bridge .Make sure the surgeon has a lot of experience with Rhinoplasty . It is the most technically demanding operation we perform as Plastic surgeons.

Hello there,Your left shoulder is held considerably higher which might be distorting results. When corrected , the implants appear to be very symmetrical. Did your surgeon bring that up when you mentioned your concerns? When patients have anomalies of the skeleton, some adjustments might be necessary to get a visually pleasing symmetry.

I think BBL (BROADBAND LIGHT) , which is the IPL arm of the SCITON Halo Laser machine would be an excellent way to erase this mark . It loves th ecolor red, which means it erases it in 3 to 4 treatments in the office. NO PAIN.

I believe in Rhinoplasties that give natural results. That means none of your new acquaintances should ever think you have had a nose job. You have great features. The nose has to be sized down to fit the rest of your features. This can be done easily with a closed method . I would strongly suggest you have the surgery done by an experienced surgeon.

Absolutely. It is a longer and very exacting procedure but wonderful results can be obtained routinely.
Experience is essential , you have to make sure the doctor performs the operation frequently, with satisfactory results. It is akin to sculpting . As a plastic surgeon, I enjoy the challenge of it. Patients get very emotional when they first put boots on following surgery.

I am late in answering and by now I would think everything has healed well. These types of wound separations usually close in with minimal scarring , as long as they are kept clean by washing them two to three times a day or by soaking in your clean, soapy whirlpool bath. You have to discuss it openly with your primary care physician and then with the plastic surgeon. Usually, patients choose the area that bothers them the most to start a series of procedures. We see this condition frequently and circumferential liposuction performed with thin cannulae gives very good results, allowing the patients to wear boots, etc. I doubt your condition is lipedema, most people have just too much fat.

The short answer is yes. Coolsculpting is ideal for patients who have some localized extra fat they have trouble getting rid of. It should not be considered a treatment for obesity.When properly applied, especially with the new improved handles that allow the treatment to be done in 35 minutes per session, I can get results very close to liposuction or better. It is the most exciting machine I have in my office.
