Is it safe to have Botox if you’re pregnant?
Botox while pregnant
Nov 7, 2017
Congratulations! As tempting as it may be it is not approved for use during pregnancy and there are no studies deeming this to be safe. I would absolutely not have this done. Good luck!
I am getting wrinkles around my eyes when I smile that I dislike! Any suggestions? Perhaps Botox? (Pho
Wrinkles around eye
Nov 7, 2017
You may benefit from a treatment to improve the fine skin around the eye such as a radio frequency treatment as well as dermal fillers under the eye to soften up the creases. Botox may not necessarily resolve your issue but will help the fine lines around the eye.!
Is it safe to remove a mole near my eyebrow by using a mole removal cream?
Mole removal
Nov 7, 2017
I would not recommend doing that at home. It should first be evaluated by a board – certified dermatologist to make sure it is benign and they can discuss options with you. This is a cosmetically important area and I would not want you to generate scarring. There is no “mole removal cream” that is approved by the FDA so you have to be extra careful.
I had my 1st eMatrix 5 days ago & now have blotches of hypopigmentation on the treated areas. Is this
post inflammatory changes
Nov 3, 2017
Hi, it looks as though you have what we call hypopigmentation after the treatment. Strict sun protection is extremely important. I would also speak to your provider about giving you a cream to help even out the skin. Make sure you contact the provider or go to a dermatologist to deal with the hypopigmentation soon.
Minocycline is causing me to have a bad yeast infection that won’t go away
Yeast infections and antibiotics
Nov 1, 2017
This can occur as a side effect of antibiotics. I would recommend that you contact the doctor who prescribed it or your gynecologist as you can use an oral medication that can help correct this for you.
Am I applying erythromycin-benzoyl peroxide topical gel wrong?
Benzoyl peroxide
Oct 30, 2017
You shouldn’t wash it off, this happens to some people unfortunately!! Try using it at night instead.
Does Epiduo make your acne worse?
Epiduo
Oct 28, 2017
Epiduo should not make you worse. Sometimes the blackheads under the skin start to come out giving the appearance of worsening but this should last only about 6 weeks. Some people can be allergic to some components of the medication (the benzoyl peroxide for example) which can make you worse but this is a special situation.
