Hello! Some people take to different “toxins” better than others. I would urge you to try another brand like Jeuveau (aka newtox) which seems to be a client favorite of ours. We also love Xeomin & Dysport. They all are intended to do the same thing by relaxing the muscles that cause the creases. Hopefully by switching it up, you’re able to find the one that works best for you!
Will Profound help my neck?
Profound RF is an AMAZING treatment for the neck!

At 39, I cannot imagine you are ready for a necklift but of course it is hard to confirm anything without seeing you personally. I have done many Profound RF treatments on the lower face and neck with amazing results. It is not an overnight fix and there is some bruising associated with the procedure. My clients say the bruising is well worth the final result though! Some start seeing the results of the procedure as soon as 8 weeks though your skin continues to tighten for up to one year.
