It is difficult to say without any photos to know what skin tone you have to begin with, but Fraxel laser treatment is very beneficial for patients with prominent redness due to acne scarring. It also depends on how dark your scars are whether or not you will need a series of treatments, or if one will do the trick.

It's difficult to say without an in-person evaluation, I would recommend filler for that area before any other course of treatment is taken. A Thread lift might be beneficial but could also lead to additional puckering and exaggerate the depression. My Latisse expired in 2016. Is it OK to use?

While there isn't evidence that expired latisse can cause any adverse side effects due to the expiration, I would still recommend you purchase new product. The main concern would be loss of efficacy, however, there is a very slim possibility that it might still effectively grow lashes. Best to err on the side of caution and purchase new product, and I would avoid buying it in bulk unless you use a lot of it or go through it more quickly than usual. Best of luck!
Heavy nasolabial folds on a 20 year old, what can be done?

Your folds can be easily treated with dermal fillers, particularly RHA as it will help preserve the movement around your mouth while smoothing it out. I've also successfully treated younger patients with PDO threads, but you would need to be evaluated in person in order to determine if that course of treatment would be ideal for you. Best of luck!

Since you have a combination of atrophic and hypertrophic scarring, the first step would be to address the keloids with steroid injections to calm the inflammation. To start with less aggressive treatments, I'd recommend a series of microneedling or vascular laser treatments, and moving into more aggressive treatments such as Fraxel or CO2 laser resurfacing. However, any route you go will require a series in order to address the severity of the scars. Best of luck!
