Hi Kpsony, If you are unhappy with the filler, have the person that put it there dissolve it. I personally use Bellafill (a collagen based filler) in small quantities deposited via canula over a few sessions. I never have gotten pooling using this technique. Don't always assume that every dermatologist or plastic surgeon is skilled in utilizing fillers, or choosing the best filler. In addition, I doubt that cryo would reach the base of the mole sufficiently, so likely only the surface of the mole fell off. Give it some time. Let the swelling reduce and re-assess.
