When looking at your picture you can see that the red dots are pustules. First I would start with a series of hydrafacials with an acne serum boost . Next I would suggest the right skin care regimen. Personally , I prefer the ZO obagi acne line.and possibly depending on your response i might add rozatrol to that regimen. I do not see any reason for any laser procedures ,your case is simple .

Is it normal not to be red the day following microneedling with PRP?

I have a skin pen in my office which my aestheticians use but we also offer aquagold micro channeling which I believe is a far better alternative. We draw the patients blood and create their PRP, place it in the sterile Aquagold container and attach the top which contains hollow micro needles. All of this is done with sterile technique. This reaction is highly unusual. You should ask your physician injector to contact medical affairs at Allergan . They will launch an investigation into this lot number and will be able to give your physician advise on how to treat you.

I had 0.55ml lip filler yesterday but there is more filler on one side and there is a gap. Has this

Looking at your photos you have a lot of swelling . I would apply ice packs every 2 hours for 20 minutes, take 600 mg of motrin every 6 hours and 50 mg of Benadryl at night for 2 days . Then reassess.

Got lip filler on November 9th (20 days ago). What is best way to correct symmetry?

Asymmetry can happen to the best of injectors. I would add a little more filler to the left upper lip which will not take an entire syringe. Then you can have your injector place the rest somewhere else.

Xeomin vs. Botox – Which is Better?

Topical vitamin c can be a minimally effective treatment for melasma when applied using micro needling or after an ablative procedure. There is no evidence that oral vitamin c or oral glutathione are efficacious in lightening the skin.
