You are a great candidate for liposuction to get the biggest 1 time results, but if surgery is not a choice, you are a great candidate for Coolsculpting also ( no scars or downtime). The stretch marks can be helped with micro needling with PRP and radiofrequncy if they are still an issue after fat reduction. After either procedure, EMSculpt will help tone the abs for the icing on the cake. Thanks!

Great question. We don't know much about CoolTone yet as it's not available. EMSculpt is by far the only option that has the results and number of patients treated to make the decision easier.
Patients love the results of EMSculpt, especially after being paired with fat reduction like Coolsculpting when some debulking of fat is necessary to get the best results.

Thanks for your photo and question. It seems that augmenting the chin and reducing some of the fat might give the best overall results. Trying filler in the chin may be a first step before a chin implant to see if you like the effect. Reducing fat with coolsculpting or Kybella will also help.
How many millimeters deep can the Halo go?

The HALO laser can go to about 7/10 of a millimeter, although it is very rare to go that dep. The skin around the eyes requires more superficial depths to get results as the skin there is thinner. The fat pads are much deeper than the depth of the HALO's penetration. Thanks for your questions!

There is not a downside really except maybe a little more flaking of existing pigmentation. The combination is great for added pigmentation reduction, especially if the HALO is done at setting that are more designed to address non-pigmentation issues such as deep wrinkles or scarring. It would be best to have a provider take a look and make a decision on best treatment. In the early stages BBL treatments can minimize discoloration in addition to sun avoidance and sunscreen. after 6 months, the final appearance will allow best decision on treatment and you can have significant improvement involving laser and microneedling/PRP.

Hi, thanks for the great question. It's hard to answer this question without knowing what condition is being addressed. Both approaches have their strengths and best for different conditions. Micro needling with PRP (Vampire Facial) is great for skin color, texture, pigmentation, redness and acne scars/ and scars. Hi, great question. There is no defined time period but my advice would to await until you are at least 3 months after pregnancy, and 6 months post c-section if we are treating the abdomen. The other areas have no time constraint but there are so many metabolic and physiologic changes after pregnancy that you may wait until your body has returned to pre-pregnancy status to figure out what areas may need it the most. The injection of PRP into the clitoris may cause mildly uncomfortable sensitivity for a few weeks after the injection. It will typically resolve spontaneously without intervention.
