Having your pre operative pictures here would be important but You have an excellent result. Your scars are flat and so is your abdomen. A little weight loss after the surgery will probably help. Liposuction of the hips is always discussed with the patients. Some patients do not have the lipo at the same time because of the cost. You can always have much more aggressive lipo as a second procedure which will do a lot more to reduce the amount of subcutaneous fat. This is also far more safe a...

I do not think you need a breast lift. Your breasts are full and very well shaped. If you feel they are a little too full maybe a little liposuction to reduce some volume but even that is pushing it. I dont think you should be adding scars to your breasts at all

The implants are larger than your breast and chest diameter. This is why they are falling to the sides. They are also high profile implants. You will probably be happier with smaller and a lesser profile implant

You are a excellent candidate for the tummy tuck. This will remove the excess hanging skin and tighten your abdominal wall. For best results I would recommend that you have lipo and fat transfer to your buttocks prior to the tummy tuck. The lipo especially of you lower back and sides will recontour your midsection and give you the hourglass you are looking for

You appear to have a minimal amount of fat. It also looks like you have had some lipo already. I think you can have some recontouring of your body with fat injections. Weight gain will do nothing here to improve your results. The number of fat cells are unchanged with weight gain only their size increases

I would start by addressing exactly what you seem to be most concerned with namely the width/size of your areola. This can be corrected with a peri areolar lift which will give you minimal scarring and address both the areola size and ptosis

I would typically do both of these procedures together. The time under anesthesia is not excessive or long and the recovery time is the same for both. Otherwise you can stage them as two procedures over a 3-6 month time frame
