4% hydroquinone is widely available at most reputable clinics. I commonly prescribe hydroquinone for post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. There are also however other de pigment creams which can also be used in the area. My advice is to consult with the doctor at your clinic or have a consult elsewhere.

The white bumps post op are normal. It represents the epidermis surrounding the follicle. Over the next few days this will subside. Sometimes if you soak the grafts excessively this makes it look worse. Some patients bleed more than others. As always my advice is to send pictures to your surgeon for inspection or go back to the clinic for a review if you are concerned.

Generally Botox should be injected into the muscle belly which is not superficial. My advice is to wait 2 weeks for the effects and top up if necessary

I disagree that your results are terrible. You have good growth of grafts. There is a lack of transition to your temple area which can be improved with a blending surgery. Implanting follicles into strategic areas will soften the hairline. This would convert your hairline from a hairline which is regularly irregular to becoming irregularly irregular which is much more natural.

Unfortunately the area appears to be overharvested. This is unlikely to occur if you went to a reputable clinic. It is unlikely that you will get much more growth in the area. You will have to change your tact and attend a reputable clinic for correction. This may consist of corrective surgery and/or scalp micropigmentation.

Unfortunely you have fallen into the trap of more grafts for less cash. You were never a candidate for 4500 fue. Very few patients are actually. My advice is to go and see a reputable hair transplant specialist to examine the area and seek a solution. This may consist of scalp micropigmentation and or beard transplant to the area.
Some of the transplant hair has not shed yet 5 months post op is this normal?

This is completely normal. I advise patients that 20% of the implanted grafts remain and grow. Also, I would never advise to worry about grafts growing!
