From the pictures you shared it is not clear what your "pooch" is mostly comprised of (weakened muscle, extra skin and/or fat, all of the above), whatever it may be it looks very manageable by a surgery (mini tummy tuck), liposuction or non-invasive. Your facial contour would benefit from symmetrizing and adding volume (Voluma, Restylane Lyft, Sculptra atc.) to your midface and cheek bones, while your chin is shaped very nicely and I wouldn't touch it. Best,

In general, liposuction of the area you refer to as "side handles" should give you nice permanent improvement. In the event you gain weight, the result will be still worth it. Without seeing your photos or in personal exam, this is the best advice one can give.

Thank you for your question and photos - in my opinion you are a good candidate for HA fillers, as well as other modalities (Ultherapy, laser skin resurfacing, etc.), but only as long as it is your motivated decision.
