a fan is highly recommended for increased comfort and may help disperse the superficial heat. Vanquish works by
heating the fat layer. The skin can get hot as a result from the fat layer
heating, but the skin does not need to be hot in order for the fat to be
affected. The fan will help keep the very superficial skin cool and dry.
