Thank you for your question and posting your pictures. Unfortunately, scar tissue has very little vascular supply. For this reason, hair transplants into the scar often do not take. Thank you for your question. The male enhancement seen with the P-shot are not permanent. I have several clients who come in every 6 months for a refresher. They specifically state that they like the increased sensation and girth. The P-Shot is not likely to give an increase in length.

Getting my second round of Dysport soon and I am concerned it will cause droopy eyelid?

Thank you for your question. An experienced injector should be able to safely inject your forehead. Be sure to let them know of your upcoming nuptials. Forehead treatments if not done properly can give you a heavy eyebrow but should not give you a droopy eyelid. The key is to have confidence in your injector. If you feel this is going to stress you out too much prior to your big day, just wait until after the wedding. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!

How long does an Emsella session take?

Thank you for your question. The standard treatment time is 28 minutes on the Emsella chair. The sensations experienced are highly variable and depends on the body habitus, positioning on the chair, and individual sensitivity. This should not be a painful experience for the vast majority of people.

Can Emsella miss the mark and tighten the "wrong" area (anus...) if you sit incorrectly?

Thank you for your question. Part of the Emsella treatment is positioning the patient correctly so that the pelvic floor muscles are being targeted. Increased muscle tone in the rectum is conceivably possible if incorrectly positioned but this would not be a negative consequence.

Can Emsculpt help me? Been dealing with sciatica pain for over a year.

Thank you for your question. We often see tremendous improvement in back pain after treating the gluteal and abdominal muscles with Emsculpt and/or Emsculpt Neo. To date, I have not seen anyone with a worsening of pain as a result of these treatments. I have spinal stenosis and have not experienced any significant back pain for over 2 years since being treated with Emsculpt on the abdomen and glutes.

Thank you for your question and posting your pictures. We have seen some significant reductions of diastasis recti of the abdominal muscles. I had a grade III separation and after 5 treatments, I can not longer appreciate the separation that I experienced previously. Emsculpt Neo is much more effective than the classic Emsculpt for tightening the abdominal muscles. Of course, results will vary from patient to patient.

Thank you for your question. I have had both Emsculpt and Emsculpt Neo performed on my abdomen. I can tell you that there was a much greater response in fat reduction and muscle definition with the Emsculpt Neo. As of this time, there is not an approved protocol for Emsculpt Neo on the glutes. We are treating our patients with Emsculpt classic on this area until it is determined whether the addition of the RF energy enhances the results. The worry is that there may be increased fat...

Thank you for your question and posting your picture. The Emsculpt Neo would definitely give you some reduction in fat, approximately 30%, while building muscle. Skin tightening can be variable from person to person. You could consider adding either Emtone or Venus Legacy to your treatments to enhance the skin tightening.

Thank you for your question. Emsculpt is actually newer technology than CoolTone which is a renamed technology from overseas. I believe the Emsculpt is a more effective treatment. I would encourage you to go in and ask for a brief treatment of each to see which you feel has more effect. It is important to see which you feel induces more contraction of your muscles as Emsculpt has a deeper penetration than Cooltone. Most Emsculpt providers will give you a 5-10 minute treatment if you request....

How many body parts in an appointment can you treat with Emsculpt?

Thank you for your question. I would recommend doing 3-4 areas in one appointment. You can treat the remaining areas the next day if you desire. Each treatment area should receive a total of 4 treatments spread 2 to 3 days apart. What you are describing is actually 7 areas as the biceps and triceps are separate areas. It is safe to have all of these areas treated over a short span.

I have found that treating the buttocks has a more significant effect on low back pain but strengthening your core can help as well. As with any medical intervention regarding back pain there is no guarantee of success but we have had many patients report significant improvements in there back pain following treatment with Emsculpt.

Some patients will get excellent results after one result and other patients may require 3 or more treatments to achieve the desired result. In addition, there are a number of variables including patient age, presence of scarring, skin texture, etc. Each of these variables can influence the number of treatments needed to achieve a desired result.

Thank you for your question. Yes, Emsella has FDA clearance for the treatment of urinary incontinence in both men and women. In addition, Emsella improves pelvic blood flow which can result in a reduction of erectile dysfunction symptoms.
