Is Smartlipo a good choice for getting rid of my banana rolls or something else?
Smartlipo can be effective but only if used carefully

SmartLipo can be used to reduce reduce banana rolls, but your surgeon must be very careful to not to be too aggressive in suctioning. If they over-suction, the ligaments holding up the buttock muscle may be damaged. We treat this area all the time, but we make sure to use small-diameter suction cannulas and work very hard to not be too aggressive.
Will smart lipo be effective for a roll-free back or would I get better results with a more intens

SmartLipo is an excellent way to improve the area in question. It is relatively simple and safe and is more "intensive" than regular lipo because it simply adds a fat melting/skin tightening laser treatment to the fat prior to suctioning it out. There would be definite improvement. It is really just a question of "how much".

It is a little difficult from these pictures to tell how much is loose skin and how much is actually fat. If indeed there is residual fat of course lipo would help you, especially with the smart lipo laser done before suctioning which would also help with any skin tightening. Because you are young, your skin should tighten pretty well anyway.

Although many patients feel pain or numbness during or after CoolSculpting, it is not necessary in order to produce results. Results depend upon how cold you get the fat and I am assuming the applicators were placed properly and the temperatures achieved were correct. Results will take 2-3 months to see.

No. You shouldn’t carry more fat in surrounding areas. However, if you flatten a specific area with a cool sculpting applicator then it may appear visually that a non treated adjacent areas looks “fatter”.Of course, if you do either cool sculpting or liposculpture and gain weight afterwards then interrupted areas will gain fat because they have residual fat cells.

It is definitely better to wait 8 weeks to see your results before doing another treatment. It doesn’t make sense to put the applicators on a tender swollen area that was just treated 3 weeks prior.
Doctor suggests CoolSculpting vs liposculpture-although I want predictable results and not averse
CoolSculpting is effective, but liposculpture is probably the best option.

Liposuction should not have a 10% complication rate especially since you probably dont have a lot of fat. On the other hand, coolsulpting is very effective for inner thighs and arms.But frankly it sounds to me like you should consider liposculpture because it is really pretty safe (especially using the tumescent technique which employs local anesthesia only) and you get results from multiple areas much faster.

Yes. Smart Lipo is very effective for the lower thighs. It is relatively simple to perform liposuction in this area as long as care is taken to not over suction. If too much fat is suctioned, there of course would be a risk for indentations of the lower anterior thigh. So I would suggest using an experienced liposuction surgeon who would understand this
Ultherapy of Infini for marionette lines?

Ultherapy, which is focussed ultrasound, does indeed induce tightening of the neck, lower face and upper face, but does not work very well for the marionette folds that run from the corners of the mouth to the chin. Infini, which is focussed radio frequency (RF) is similarly ineffective for these lines.Marionette lines require revolumization, especially in the cheeks and pre jowl sulcus so fillers/volumizers work better.
